We have been in business since 1994 with almost all of our original staff still employed. We process tires into crumb rubber of different sizes. After recycling, the products can be used for many purposes.

Granuband Macon, LLC uses the ambient method to recycle the tires. This ensures safety and purity in our recycled crumb rubber. Contaminants such as glass, sand, rock and non-ferrous materials are filtered out of the rubber. Powerful magnets eliminate any residual steel. This process ensures an end product that is clean and pure.

Storage and distribution
Our facility in Macon, Missouri includes 4 acres of storage capacity enabling us to hold the product in stock for the required ´call off´ amounts. Distribution can be handled using our trucking services or through your normal carrier, as you require.

Packaging options include 2,000 pound super sacks or in bulk, per your request.

Horse Footing

We make a 3/8” steel-free rubber chip that is ideal for horse riding arenas, dressage, jumping and all purpose.

It provides excellent cushioning, great traction, dust free, easy to maintain, durable, long lasting, non-toxic, drains well, holds moisture, very gentle on the horse’s legs and joints. It can be used alone or with sand.

Cattle Footing

We make a 3/8″ – 3/4″ steel free rubber chip that is idea for show calf coolers. It is easy to maintain, provides excellent drainage, it is not abrasive on the calf’s fur and they find it very comfortable.

Synthetic Turf Infill

Size: 10-20mm. The most common uses of 10-20mm are synthetic turf infill, asphalt rubber paving, used with mixture for “pour-in-place” playground surfaces, used to make equestrian mats and fatigue mats.
