The Poly ethylene Terephthalate (PET) is a thermoplastic polymer resin of the polyester family and is used in synthetic fibers; beverage, food and other liquid containers; therm forming applications. It is one of the most important raw materials that is used in man-made fibers.

Around 60% of the PET production of the entire world is for synthetic fibers and the bottle production accounting for around 30% of global demand. In discussing textile applications, PET is generally referred to as simply "polyester" while "PET" is used most often to refer to packaging applications. Recycling of PET Bottles is the activity whereby bottles made out of PET are collected, sorted and processed in order to reuse the material out of which they are made.

Our Quality:

Our PET Bottle Flakes are well-classified, shredded, hot /cold washed and offered for sale to manufacturing companies directly. The residues of the original content, shredded paper labels and plastic caps are well removed. Removed by different processes, resulting in pure "PET flakes". PET flakes are used as the raw material for a range of products that would otherwise be made of polyester. Examples include polyester fibers, a base material for the production of clothing, pillows, carpets, etc., polyester sheet, strapping, or back into PET bottles.

Labels and caps are totally removed.

* Cold washed, but product obtained at a quite acceptable level.

* Certified by SGS if desired, but charged to the buyer.

* A very exigent quality system.

* The possible client can perfectly visit our facilities and perceive all the PET process.
