The GLASER Recycling GmbH is based on the foundation of the "Glaser paper wholesaler" in 1962. At that time founded Erika and Kurt Glaser, located in houses on the Würm.

Due to lack of space, the move to Renningen followed in 1980, where Kurt Glaser remained the owner and managing director until 1989, when he transferred the company to Harald and Erika Glaser.

Under the new name of "Glaser Recycling GbR", the company premises were expanded in 1990 with the purchase of industrial property in Mönsheim, where the entire company was relocated 2 years later.

The range of services was also expanded and, from 1994 onwards, customers were also able to use a container service.

In 1998 it was certified as a waste management company. This led to the expansion in the areas of recycling, container service and transport, as well as the enlargement of the company premises.

Since senior boss Erika Glaser went into well-deserved retirement in 2000, Harald Glaser has been the sole managing director of today's “GLASER Recycling GmbH” .

In 2006, GLASER Recycling GmbH certified itself for the issuance of the BImSchG approval (§§ 4 and 16 of the Federal Immission Control Act).
