Since 1982 Gerard Sheet Metal Fabricators has been meeting the demands of our customers, through knowledge, experience and determination to meet the strictest requirements.

From Plan and Spec HVAC Sheet Metal projects, to fabricating polished Stainless Steel prototypes, no project is too complicated for Gerard Sheet Metal.

Our drafting department uses the latest CAD technology to draw and dimension every aspect of a project.  This ensures that any problems will be identified prior to any material arriving onsite. 

This technology flows straight through to our Fabricating Shop, every piece goes straight from the drawing to the  plasma table/coil line.  This allows minimum intervention to eliminate any chances for misinterpretation and ensures that the correct material arrives on the job site.

Once the material arrives on the job site our mechanics will install the ductwork as it is shown on the drawings.  We use a detailed tracking system so that the field employees and our main office know the status of every project.
