GeoSteel LLC is the biggest steel plant in Georgia. Its production facility is spread over 13 hectares with an installed capacity of 175,000 tons per year. The facility is equipped with 35 MT Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), 40 MT Ladle Refining Furnace, two-strand billet caster and TMT Bar Mill along with 50 TPD oxygen plant.GeoSteel is a leading manufacturer of thermo mechanically treated construction steel rebars and plain bars. The state of the art technology in the form of completely automated oxygen plant, electric arc furnace, ladle refining facilities, continuous caster machine, modern laboratory facilities, and precision control rolling mill ensures a flawless product quality comparable to Japanese and European standards.
