Our mission statement is simple, since 1969, our family owned business has been providing fine custom made jewelry with reliable and courteous service. Our services include jewelry repair, watch repair and appraisal service. We are committed to adhering to the highest standards of quality and integrity, as we are members of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), American Gem Trade Association (AGTA), Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT), Jewelers of America (JA), and the Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC).  As we are located in Toluca Lake, California, we have had the pleasure to help numerous movie stars such as Bob Hope, Jonathan Winters, Joe Mantegna, Erik Estrada, Andy Garcia, and Kirsten Dunst to name a few.  We have one Graduate Gemologist (G.G.) on staff and one Gemologist (G) from the prestigious school GIA. All our trained staff must attend GIA and complete a minimum of an Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP)

From Accutron to Zenith, you can be rest assured that your watch will be taken care of properly and professionally. All watch repairs receive a free estimate (same day or until special order parts are located) before we proceed. A detailed description of your item will include the type, quality and carat weight of gemstones, the type of metal being used and an approximate retail replacement value.
