The Mt. Hope Project is one of the world’s largest molybdenum development projects and is a joint venture between General Moly (80% ownership) and POSCO (20% ownership), one of the world’s largest steel producers based in South Korea. The Liberty project is wholly-owned by General Moly, contains both moly and copper, and is our second project following Mt. General Moly is developing two world-class molybdenum projects located in Nevada, U.S.A. The Mt. Hope Project is the Company’s flagship project, containing approximately 1.3 billion pounds of proven and probable molybdenum reserves. The Liberty project is the Company’s second project, containing over 700 million pounds of moly and nearly 900 million pounds of copper in NI 43-101 compliant mineral reserves and provides the Company with a significant growth profile. When both projects reach production, General Moly anticipates becoming the largest pure-play primary moly producer in the world.
