GEES RECYCLING SRL was established at the CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, INDUSTRY, CRAFTS AND AGRICULTURE IN PORDENONE, with legal and production headquarters in the pilot plant in Budoia (PN).

In the statute there is the recovery and transformation of fiber-reinforced composites and rigid expanded thermosetting materials into new double green construction materials, the R&D of technologies and industrial plants for recycling, and finally the technology transfer.

In the first two years of collaboration with the Area Science Park of Trieste, GEES defines and patents a process in which the waste generates a panel of agglomerated thermosetting particles with the addition of minimal percentages of virgin raw materials.

It also develops and patents the production of compounds with high percentages of fiber-reinforced composites, for use as an inert filler in the injection molding of thermoplastics.

In 2014, the first in Europe, it obtained the CSI RECYCLED COMPOSITE certification .

In the two-year period 2017-2018, Gees carries out an important financial and company structure strengthening, with the transfer of the registered and production headquarters to the new production site in Aviano, with a recycling capacity of 3,000 tons per year .

Since its inception, the project has always been supported by private and industrial investors who have built an effective "system" of technical skills and commercial start-up. We collaborate with important national institutions in the field of research and environmental protection, with regional and European bodies, and with the industrial supply chain of composites, which together feed our ability to generate continuous technical innovation and circular economy solutions.

The aim is to develop the GEES RECYCLING business model in Italy and abroad, with the boost generated by the involvement of specific production chains, maximizing the recycling of clusters of materials otherwise destined for landfill or dispersion in the terrestrial and marine environment. .
