A tractor train and a threshing machine were initially available for harvest work and the transport of building blocks, sand and artificial fertilizer , which were gradually expanded by three trains over the course of the following years .

In 1952 the company founder died in a tragic accident and left the business to his widow Gesine, who continued it together with the eldest son Anton Richard Garrelt and switched from tractors to (automobile) vehicles in 1957 .

In 1966 an outbuilding with a garage was added to the house , in which trailers and machines (mower, threshing machine) were housed. The next step was the establishment of a workshop with a locksmith's shop on the company premises in 1968 .

In 1972the fleet already comprised eight trucks, three excavators, a wheel loader, two combine harvesters and a bulldozer. There were 12 permanent employees who were supplemented by additional workers during the harvest season.

The company continued to grow and continuously adapted to the wishes and orders of the customers:

1993 Processing of building rubble and asbestos cement board disposal and acquisition of a black and white container.

1994 A separate gravel and sand pit was added.

In 1996 , permission was granted to transport oil-contaminated soils and soils with other harmful contaminants.

In 1996 a branch was founded in Gommern near Magdeburg, which was renamed Transport- und Baustoffe Handels GmbH Barby in 2000 and at the same time relocated to 39249 Schönebeck.

In February 1997 the senior boss Anton Garrelts died and the current owner Hinrich Garrelts took over the management of the company .

1998 Creation of a recycling area on the company premises. 2000 Expansion of the office building and expansion of the machine park with a rubble crusher.

In 2006 the name was changed to a GmbH . Since then, the fleet of vehicles and machines has been steadily expanded.

2010 New construction of 2 new halls on the company premises. 2014 Acquisition of a new crushing and screening plant.

We have been a certified waste management company since 2014.
