Gardena Specialized Processing (GSP) is a metal finisher specializing in aluminum and titanium anodizing, chromate conversion, passivation, electropolish, NDT, and prime/bond prime/paint finishing for the industrial, aerospace, and medical device industries.  We have occupied the same facility since our founding in 1973, and we offer quality finishing, quick turn around times and a friendly and competent staff eager to help with any questions that you may have. GSP is Nadcap accredited by the Performance Review Institute (PRI) in chemical processing (CP) and non-destructive testing (NDT), is certified and registered to the AC7004 Quality System, and is ISO 9001:2008 compliant.  We are a member of the Metal Finishing Association of Southern California. 

Nadcap merit-accredited, ITAR registered custom metal finishing services - serving aerospace, defense, medical device, architectural and commercial customers. Capabilities include multi-process masking, anodizing (Types I, IB, IC, II, IIB, and III), chromate conversion, electropolishing, passivation, PTFE impregnation, PTFE spray application, glass beading, silk screening, stress relief, and prime/bond & prime/topcoat paint finishing services. Finishing processes are performed in accordance with various Mil-Spec standards. Finishing services are available for a wide variety of cast and machined metals, including aluminum and titanium. Other services include non-destructive testing, penetrant inspection, and ultrasonic and IEST cleaning.Industrial cleaning services, specifically ultrasonic cleaning. Other services offered are nondestructive testing (NDT) and penetrant inspection. Metal finishing services are also available.
