When Fritz Gässler registered his trade as a scrap metal / metal trade in 1983, he could not have foreseen that a company with over 10 employees would develop within a good 20 years.

In 1993, his son Werner and his wife Evi took over the company. Market-oriented, with a focus on the future, Werner Gässler advanced the company in the years that followed. He recognized early on that the requirements placed on waste disposal companies were becoming more and more complex. The business premises in Aach were constantly being expanded, and the container service was added to the range of services, while Evi Gässler took care of the commercial area. After the expansion of the vehicle fleet in 1996, the first employee was hired at Gässler. Years of constant expansion followed, and demand set the pace. The course was set solidly and with prudence at Gässler. In the course of the expansion of the vehicle fleet and the containers, the need for further qualified employees increased. The development was so rapid that in 2008 the Aach location was bursting at the seams with branch offices. A reorientation was inevitable.

Werner Gässler's goal was to find a location that offers the right space for the entire processes of a modern waste disposal company. After a long search for a suitable plot of land, they found what they were looking for in 2009 and reached an agreement with the city of Dornstetten. In the spring of 2011, after almost a year of construction, the new building was in the Eichwald industrial park in Dornstetten. The BimSchG approved facility on an area of ​​10,000 m³ was put into operation, in 2012 the company already had 13 employees. And it goes on: in 2013 an expansion of the external warehouse will be necessary. With daughter Sabrina and son Mario, the next generation is ready to follow in the footsteps of father Werner to keep the recycling cycle alive and to meet the high customer requirements with know-how and commitment.
