For more than 58 years we have been recycling our resources. Our Business was first begun in the early 1950's. Richard Primerose Futrill was selling scrap metal, used bricks, and soft drink bottles. After 5 years he began holding most of the junk cars he got for parts. Mr. & Mrs. R.P. Futrill had seven children. All of whom have worked in the business at some point. The business grew and in 1959 they decided to relocate the junk yard from Scooterville Rd. to Highway 82 Poulan, Ga. where the business is still located today. The new location of 52 acres gave the business more room for expansion so they were able to buy more automobiles to make it what is now today, one of the biggest and oldest salvage yards in the south Georgia. 

On January 2, 1966, Mr. Futrill died, leaving his family a prospering business. His sons were familiar with the business having been around it all their lives. By 1970 all four brothers were working full time in the business and it really grew. In the beginning it had been known as Futrill's Junk Yard but in 1968 the name was changed to Futrill Auto Parts. In 1978, the name changed once more to what it is known as of today Futrill Auto Parts, Inc.  We currently employ 12 people that are well trained and knowledgeable in their field. Futrill Auto Parts, Inc. cares about people in our community. We donate on a regular basis to the Relay for Life, Sheriff's Dept for drug prevention for the youth in our area, church and school functions and many other things as well. 

We have come a long ways since 1955. We pride ourselves and offer at least 50 acres of all makes and models of vehicles for parts. We buy and sell new & used and parts so our inventory is always growing.  We offer a up to date computerized locating system, so if by chance we do not have the part you need, we can find it for you in a matter of minutes anywhere in the United States. We offer a 24-hour wrecker service in the South Ga. area. Our Customers are our #1 concern and we strive to make you a satisfied customer and we appreciate your business.
