Jay Reynolds founded FreeBackJack over 8 years ago as a hobby, recycling electronic waste, or e-waste. He was surprised at the huge volume of usable electronics people needed removed every day.

He slowly expanded into the overall junk removal industry to apply the concepts he learned about sustainable e-waste recycling to the management of all of society’s unwanted “stuff.”

Our employees take pride in leaving you with a clean and tidy area. We don’t just remove the junk. We remove the mess. We leave spaces that can be immediately used and enjoyed by our customers that in many cases have been unusable for months or sometimes years.

In our increasingly disposable, high waste producing society, we at FreeBackJack do our best to divert at least 85% of everything we haul to somewhere other than the landfill. We offload a majority of items to local donation centers or charities (with the customer’s permission), and we take what we can to recycling centers if we can’t repurpose it and use it ourselves.
