The founder of the company is FRASCIO PIERINO class 18 ′ who in the 40s in Lumezzane (province of Brescia). Brescia), after learning the art of foundry, begins the activity, dragged by a strong entrepreneurial culture that characterizes the whole country; after the war, the children supported their father in the family business and in particular the son ROBERTO learned the art of metallurgy and all the secrets of brass casting.
In Lumezzane Over 80% of the local population is employed in the industry sector, because the inhabitants pass on a very high know-how (knowledge, operational skills and experience). The town is a valley community of the Brescia pre-Alps, historically and geographically closed, with a metallurgical tradition that is lost in the mists of time; it is precisely here that from the second half of the nineteenth century a small industrial revolution took place which in the post-war period transformed into an explosion of entrepreneurship and businesses that continues today and which gave riseto a real system. Lumezzane is transformed from a simple district to a supporting system within the Italian economic panorama. A real "boom" overwhelms the valley and all its inhabitants, bringing unprecedented economic growth.
In 2000 the company moved to Agnosine, in a larger settlement, where quality and professionalism are the cornerstones. The range of products extends from brass ingots to bronzes and the market responds with satisfaction. In a few years, the FRASCIO ROBERTO foundry took a good slice of the Italian and foreign market and managed to become a fearsome competitor of the Brescia giants that manufacture ingots.
Today the company is led by Mr. FRASCIO ROBERTO and his sons who deal directly with the business areas: The purchases and the scrupulous production see his son STEFANO as responsible, who personally carries out all the qualitative checks of the ingots through the use of a latest generation x-ray spectrometer. While sales and customer satisfaction are entrusted to the daughter PAOLA. The experience of over 70 years (in smelting, in the preparation of raw materials and in metallurgy in general) has made the FRASCIO foundry a very solid and reliable reality, able to produce a variety of copper alloys much appreciated for excellent workability and good yield.
The company has set up a plant and a commissioning and operating reserve RECOVERING METALS AND WASTE non-hazardous.
- METALS can be recycled almost indefinitely, which allows to reduce environmental degradation, energy and water consumption and thus facilitate the transition to a green economy, low carbon and resource efficient.
- Not everyone knows that the materials that we simply consider WASTE can be recovered and used for recovery or energy recovery. In an era of environmental consciousness, and with the need to protect our planet, we can say that both alternatives are far preferable to the somewhat "simpler" solution of landfilling or burning waste. Valuable waste is often lost in the residual streams of production, while our treatments also allow the recovery of those materials that are considered to be of 2nd / 3rd category.
