For over 90 years and three generations Franklin Miller Inc. has been a leader in size reduction technology involving crushers, shredders, grinders, wastewater treatment systems and more.

Today our broad line of processors includes units for chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs, minerals, wastewater treatment and many other industries. Our unique combination of experience in both dry solids processing and liquid or pressure seal systems has made us uniquely capable of solving many difficult customer process problems.

Franklin Miller Inc. got its start in the making of ice crushers in the early 1900s. In 1953 Harold Galanty took the helm as company president. Under his guidance, the company expanded into chemical processing and other industrial size reduction applications. Over the years our line and experience has grown.

Parts and Service

At Franklin Miller, we aim to provide excellent customer support from guidance in selecting and specifying the best equipment for your application until long after the equipment has shipped.

When it comes to keeping critical equipment up and running, we know time is money. That’s why we maintain an extensive inventory of spare parts and records of equipment shipped as far back as the 1950s. Standard O&M Manuals are available for downloading in our website library, or feel free to contact us for data on your equipment. Please have the serial number of equipment available to help us locate your specific information.

Three ways we can offer service to you include:

1. Our equipment is designed for ease of maintenance. We also provide assistance and spare parts to support you so you can fix the equipment quickly and efficiently in your shop.
2. If needed, our service personnel are available to make field visits to assess the operation of your equipment and make recommendations.
3. The equipment can also be sent back to the factory for a full evaluation and rebuild. Oftentimes, when a factory built piece of equipment is shipped back to you it looks practically new.

Wastewater Grinders
Franklin Miller’s broad line of wastewater grinders and comminutors provides solutions designed to meet specific application applications. The Taskmaster®, the Taskmaster TITAN®, Super Shredder®, and Dimminutor® sewage grinders are each designed to meet a different application need.
