FP was founded in 1983 to respond to the growing demand of the Triveneto market for wear parts for aggregate crushing machines .

Over the years we have specialized in the construction of the parts of many of these machines. at present we are able to supply most of the materials needed for crushers, mills and screens (wear parts; mechanical parts; bolts; rollers; perforated sheets and nets; grinding bars; ..).

Since 2007 we have moved to the new headquarters with 2000 square meters of covered warehouse and 2000 square meters of outdoor machinery storage.The workshop, of 3000 square meters, is equipped with departments for disassembly, oxy-cutting, welding, machine tools, assembly, sandblasting and painting, finally testing.

The most common parts are usually available in stock; for non-standard and oversized details, the necessary surveys are carried out and the details are obtained, even according to the customer's design.

OUR STRENGTH

Our strength is maintenance: we have a department specialized in overhauls that deals with the construction and arrangement of both the individual parts and the crushing machines in their entirety .

Our technicians, after any site inspection, are able to estimate the work required to refurbish the machinery. The most complex maintenance and overhaul works are carried out in our equipped workshop while the simplest maintenance is carried out directly on site. Certified materials of the highest quality are used in all overhaul and maintenance work.

We have our own line of machines and a well-stocked fleet of used, overhauled and overhauled machines.

The experience accumulated in crushing has allowed us to enter the recycling sector : from the continuous dialogue with our customers, the ideas that our technical staff materialize in the design of new machines effective also in the crushing of the most disparate materials are born: glass, construction waste , ferrous materials ....
