Robert Smith

Robert Smith is the owner and founder of Four Seasons Roofing & Repair, Inc. He has been in the roofing profession for over 9 years in the Atlanta market. During that time he has personally handled over 8 million dollars in storm related insurance claims and replaced over 6 million dollars in residential roofing. He has built a strong and solid reputation of being trustworthy, dependable, and ethical.

Robert has been trained in the detection and analysis of wind, hail, and other storm related damage. Specialized and additional training includes, but is not limited to: Attic Ventilation, Asphalt Shingle Roofing, Metal Roofing, and Cedar Shake Roofing Systems.

He has met with hundreds of insurance adjusters with almost every insurance provider in Georgia. Robert is very familiar with Georgia homeowner insurance policies, limitations, exclusions, etc., and the many different types of coverage available.

Robert also has an expansive knowledge of state, county and local construction codes and has worked with local city and county code enforcement officers during roof installations. This cumulative experience and knowledge allows Four Seasons Roofing to ensure that you receive the highest quality roof as well as a fair price from the insurance company to complete all the repairs.
