Our History

Foster Septic Tank Cleaning was established by George and Sadie Foster in 1937. They migrated to Oklahoma while working the carnival circuit. They saw a need and started their business by pumping cesspools and outhouses.

Their daughter Lucille (Foster) and husband William Jenkins took over the operations of the pump trucks and added the service of cleaning the lateral lines.

In the 1980s, their daughter Twilla (Jenkins) and husband Donnie Watts started Watts Septic. Donnie became a certified installer and added the service of installing lateral lines and 1,000-gallon concrete septic tanks, which we continue to build today.

In 1995 Donnie and Twilla Watts bought Foster Septic Tank Cleaning from her parents and merged with Watts. Their sons, Donnie Watts II and Lon Watts are the fourth generation to actively run the family business. Both are certified installers.
