Formula Ambiente Spa was established on 10.16.2019.

The sole member of Formula Ambiente Spa is the CFA Soc. Coop Consortium. Sociale, who having started a complex corporate restructuring process, conferred to Formula Ambiente Spa the business branch consisting of the " complex of movable, immovable and intangible assets of the business branch relating to the direct activity of collection, sweeping and transport of urban and special waste and ancillary services, such as management of collection centres, cleaning and washing services of public areas and removal of snow and ice, with the exclusion of activities carried out through consortium members" . As well as, rented the Company Branch relating to " the direct activity of maintenance services and creation of green areas in the public and private sector, also including ancillary activities”, with the exclusion of procurement contracts carried out in a purely consortium form. The aforementioned acts provided for the legal effects to take effect from 01.03.2020: therefore, from that date, the company Formula Ambiente Spa took over from the Consorzio CFA Soc. Coop. Social in the ownership of what is included therein.

Formula Ambiente Spa, operates in the sectors: maintenance of green areas, park management, street furniture, collection and transport of solid urban waste and similar, special waste, separate waste collection, washing and maintenance of bins, mechanical and manual sweeping, cleaning of drains, management of centers collection, waste intermediation activities.

To a constantly renewed fleet of vehicles and the use of clean technologies, the company combines quality services and respect for the environment.

Attention to respect for the environment and the limitation of harmful emissions into the atmosphere mean that Formula Ambiente Spa has a fleet of latest generation vehicles with low environmental impact. The fleet of vehicles consists of approximately n. 800, of which n. 413 with a capacity exceeding 6.5 tons, approximately n. 120 vehicles are powered by methane/LPG/electric.
