Forever Plast SpA and recycling HDPE plastic, polypropylene and polystyrene

The company was founded with the aim of regenerating plastic materials from separate collection , pursuing the objective of minimizing negative impacts on the environment.

Forever Plast SpA thanks to its work constantly provides a new way for the reuse of recycled plastic material . Through the supply of its HDPE , PP , PS granules , companies can carry out the processing of plastic materials by extrusion, blow molding and molding.

Forever Plast SpA also produces finished products such as flooring, backsplashes and plastic fences. Continuous innovations allow us to maintain a leading position among plastic recycling companies .

Company Structure

The plastic recycling company Forever Plast SpA is spread over an area of ​​about 15,000 square meters , of which about 5,000 square meters are covered and the remainder, outside the shed, used for the transit of vehicles for loading and unloading goods and for storage of raw material.

The company is equipped with a washing, grinding and extrusion plant .

The plastic bales coming from the separate collection enter the washing plant and become ground; the ground product then passes to the extrusion lines becoming regenerated HDPE, PP or PS granules.

The quality of the granule produced is constantly checked through the internal laboratory which Forever Plast is equipped with.

Once the quality control has been completed , the product is stored in the appropriate areas of the warehouse; storage takes place in big bags or directly in the granule storage silos.

In the same way, the delivery of goods destined for customers takes place through big bags with tarp trucks or through road tankers or intermodal silocontainers.

The production capacity is 100,000 tons per year .
