Area Refuse Service specializes in residential (including HOA’s offering discounts on community contracts), commercial and industrial refuse removal and recycling. Whether you just have a bag a week, need a cart for your home, or a container for you place of business, we have the equipment to meet your requirements. Area Refuse is dedicated to involvement in the community. We provide services to special events, festivals, and other activities making the community special. Area Refuse provides 2, 4, 6, and 8 yard containers for your business or 15, 20, and 30 yard roll off containers, ideal for contractors, home improvement projects, or home clean outs. These are available to Carroll county and the surrounding five counties. In addition, Area Refuse provides yard waste collection service; county landfill regulations specify that “yard waste” (i.e. grass clippings, leaves, tree limbs, etc.) may not be combined with regular garbage collection. Area Refuse is one of only two companies in the county providing this service. Our yard waste service runs April – December. We also offer online bill payments, recurring payments, and email billing.

Locally owned and operated by Brett Fogle, many residents remember that his Dad also had a trash collection company for 25 years. Brett has followed in his Dad’s footsteps, not only providing quality service but always ready to lend a hand to support the local community including Little League teams, the 4H and more.
