At FLS Energy we pledge to complete 500+ volunteer hours a year as a part of our company social goal. 

Employees choose to volunteer with local organizations on their own or as a part of the company’s quarterly volunteer outings. We strive to make lasting relationships and better our community. Recent volunteering included Habitat for Humanity, Carolina Mountain Land Conservancy and Asheville Greenworks.

We also give back through sponsorship and charitable giving campaigns. For the 2nd year in a row we have teamed up with organizations like Earthshare NC to provide support for area organizations. FLS Energy takes it a step further by matching 100% of employee contributions dollar for dollar! FLS Energy is a company that cares about its community. We initiate these efforts because we want to see our community grow, thrive, and be inspired.
