About the Owner

Rick Saffell, the owner, acquired firsthand knowledge of the septic industry as a teenager. He's a small town guy who truly cares about each project, which is evident in the level of customer service he provides, regardless of the scope of the work involved. Rick has a knack for accurately diagnosing septic problems and an eye for detail that has made him the inspector of choice for many realtors.
