Firesteel is an exploration company focussed on early stage copper and gold properties. Our regions of focus are British Colombia and Colombia in South America. At present we have 3 copper gold properties in BC, a gold silver property in Mexico and a gold property in North West Territories and are exploring opportunities to acquire other suitable properties in our target jurisdictions.

Firesteel is a prospect generator, junior exploration company focussed on the acquisition and exploration of prospective copper porphyries and precious metal properties in Canada, United states and in safe jurisdictions in South America.The Company's objective is to enhance shareholder value by identifying and securing early-stage exploration opportunities and developing them to more advanced stages. In pursuit of this goal, the Company relies on in-house and contracted resources and research to generate exploration targets. Firesteel's strategy is to minimize exploration risk by optioning properties of merit and in setting up joint venture operations on proven properties.Firesteel currently has two primary properties. One, the Star Project, is under an option and joint venture agreement with Prosper Gold Corp. and the second, the ROK Coyote Project, for which we are currently seeking a partner willing to option and develop the property.For the past several years Firesteel has been exploring for and discovering quality precious and base metal prospects in the resource rich Stikine Arch area of Northwestern British Columbia. The Company has been focusing on this area primarily because of management's expertise there and the large number of excellent targets where considerable exploration, development and mining activity has been undertaken by other junior and senior mining companies.The Company's management and board of directors have extensive experience in exploration, operations, business and corporate finance.
