Employment Services ProviderFinding Workable Solutions Inc. (FWS) is a not-for-profit community organisation concerned primarily with delivery of high quality employment support services for people with a disability, barrier or disadvantage. Since 1989 FWS has also operated a selection of small businesses offering people with a disability meaningful paid employment. Support provided by FWS in the workplace facilitates skills development and promotes achievement of personal vocational goals. New business ventures, including the successful ‘Salvage and Save’ social enterprise model, have increased the variety of work available for people with a disability wishing to learn new skills in a very supportive work environment.
