Our Ownership
Fabricari's ownership team develops business strategies that assure the best value for our customers while promoting long-term successful relationships and growth with our cutomers, suppliers and employees.J Michael Hebert is the operating General Manager and the face of the company. He is an engineering graduate from Southwest Louisiana University and is responsible for Fabricari’s customer relationships and operations. He has over 25 years of estimating and project management experience in the metal fabrication industry and consistently exceeds customer expectations.Daryl Schloz is the President and brings more than 35 years of engineering, manufacturing, and general management experience from John Deere. An engineering graduate from Iowa Sate, Daryl is responsible for overall business relationships and processes at Fabricari.

Jonathan Kernion is President of Cycle Construction, a leading heavy civil construction company in the region. In addition to his 40 years experience in the construction industry, Jon has extensive start-up ownership business experience being the driving force in PCS Construction Services (marine construction), Anchor 36 (trucking), and Paratus (safety and employee training). Jon has an MBA from Tulane.Francis (Bubby) Guidry, Jr is President of River Parish Contractors, a major mechanical construction, industrial maintenance, and turnaround services company.Don McDaniel is a well established attorney at Perez, McDaniel, and Faust. Don provides legal and business guidance to variety of clients and business partners.
