Located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, USA, Extrutech Plastics manufactures its custom products in a 162,000 square foot state-of-the-art plant located on 10 acres; the company operates 21 extrusion lines 24 hours a day. It can produce shapes as small as ¼" wide and as large as 40" wide on its largest production lines. Extrutech specializes in the extrusion of both multiple hollow, rigid plastic profiles and cellular foam, solid plastic profiles.

Extrutech Plastics was founded in 1992 by Greg Sheehy, and began extrusion with one used 3 ½" extruder and a downstream line. The first products were vinyl window profiles and tubing for central vacuum systems. The company has outgrown three smaller buildings and currently employs 60 associates on three shifts.

Extrutech Plastics is the industry leader in the production of high quality, close-tolerance, custom-manufactured plastic wall and ceiling panels, concrete wall forms, suspended ceiling panels, partition wall panels, clean rooms, doors, door jambs, and interior residential plantation shutters. Extrutech services the car wash, agricultural, food processing, construction, office furniture, electrical and many other industries.

Extrutech Plastics, Inc. is ISO 9001-2015 QMS compliant. The scope of this registration encompasses the manufacture of custom plastic profile extrusions for the U.S. Government, agriculture, food, construction and other custom markets - domestic and international.
