Who Are We?

EWCleverley is a professional house clearance company located in St Austell, Cornwall. We provide three key services throughout the whole of Cornwall including Landscaping, Gardening & Clearance.

Our Method

Our process aims to be as hassle free as possible. We will start by assessing the contents of the property to determine the valuable items from the items considered as waste.The waste items weight will be estimated, as this will be the cost of disposing of the items at the registered transfer site.

The amount of labour required will then be estimated, this can range anywhere between a few hours, half a day to a full week.

Finally, the valuable items will be subtracted from the cost of the waste & labour required as a way of purchasing the items from you. These will then be re-sold to ensure future uses. Sometimes the value of your items will outweigh the cost of the clearance, that way from using our services, rather than you paying us, we may be paying you!
