Evodos is the developer and manufacturer of Dynamic Settlers. Dynamic Settlers are fast rotating equipment to separate fine particles from one or more liquids. The working principle of these Dynamic Settlers is Evodos proprietary separation technology, called Spiral Plate Technology.
The Evodos Dynamic Settlers excell in the combination of high separation effectiveness, a liquid free discharge, no usage of flocculants and low energy requirement. Evodos delivers a range of Dynamic Settlers, varying in throughput and dedicated for different sets of applications. Applications range from highly diluted soft particles like algae to abrasive mixtures like saturated drilling fluids from the oil industry.
Evodos equipment is sold either directly or through our dealers. The equipment is running and serviced throughout the world, on five continents. The company is based in Raamsdonksveer, The Netherlands.

APPLICATIONS
Evodos started the rollout of its products in the algae industry. Here Evodos has gained a position as market leader in harvesting Algae. Now over 70 Evodos Dynamic Settlers are in operation spead across the globe over five continents.
The fact the Evodos separates and totally dewaters algae with great ease has gained recognition from the industry. Not only because the algae are havested as a totally dewatered cake, but also because of the composition of these particles. The algae are only 2 micron in size and their specific density is quite similar to the water they reside in. Despite this the separation efficiency of the Evodos Dynamic Settlers is above 95%. And without deploying chemicals.
The industry realizes that wen it is possible to achieve this separation performance on algae, that Evodos might as well excell at other markets and applications. Examples are given for two other applications in the oil industry, desludging heavy oils and re-use of drilling fluids.
