Everglades Waste Removal Services, LLC. (EGWRS) was Incorporated in the State of Florida on March 14, 2006 by Clifford L. Berry, Sr. to provide environmental and industrial services to South Florida. Mr. Berry has brought to this new company his fifty plus years of business experience and commitment to a clean environment that he has demonstrated with past successful companies in Port Everglades.

EGWRS was granted a franchise by the Broward County Board of County Commissioners on June 13, 2006 to perform vessel wastewater and oily water removal services in Port Everglades. During the past five years EGWRS has been performing these services for a variety of vessels and clients in Port Everglades and we have just renewed our licensing for an additional five year period.

We are held to the highest standards required by Government Agencies and we hold a multitude of licenses that require periodic inspections.  The United States Coast Guard, for example, requires a Mobile Transfer Facility Manual and yearly inspection.  We are also regularly inspected by Broward County Environmental Protection Pollution Prevention, Remediation and Air Quality Agency, Florida Department of Environmental Protection Agency.

Our Staff

EGWRS has the necessary personnel to manage our customer's most complex projects. Management will coordinate planning and logistics prior to the project to insure we provide the proper equipment and staff to perform the job.

As an industrial maintenance and environmental company, we maintain a diverse inventory of equipment. Our extensive inventory of vehicles, storage containers and ancillary equipment are available to handle and meet all aspects of our customer's project requirements. 

Our Readiness

One of our objectives at Everglades is to meet our customer's goals and requirements. We realize the importance of providing dependable service within the time required by the customer. Our staff is ready to provide quality services as needed or for emergency response. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days week for any environmental related emergency.
