In northern Poland, we are the leader in collecting pure PVC post-production scraps . We collect plastic waste from business entities. We issue recovery certificates on the basis of a license and required consents.

We recycle the cuttings. Then we sell in the form of regranulates and regrind PVC. Our clients are, among others producers of sheet piles, window sills and window profiles.

Sewerage pipes and PVC window profiles

We are the largest producer of PVC sewage pipes in the region . We have a Technical Approval for the production of thin-walled internal sewage pipes from PVC . Europrofil is one of the two companies in the country that can boast of such authorizations.

We also produce transport and assembly under-sill strips . They fit all window profile systems in Poland: Aluplast, Brügmann, Decco, Gealan, Rehau, Schüco, Trocal, Veka . The use of plastic profiles is extremely important when installing windows. It determines the degree of thermal and sound insulation of flats and houses.

We focus on responsible development

We are constantly developing to provide you with the highest quality pipes, profiles, regranulates and environmentally friendly regrinds. In 2016, we expanded our machine park with 7 new production lines . We have our own transport. Our fleet already consists of 17 vehicles. 2020 has turned out to be a unique challenge. The experience gained in working with PVC has opened us to new projects and technologies . Our workplace has been enriched with another 4 production lines, that is:

• production lines for the production of high-quality polypropylene nonwovens used for the production of medical masks and protective half masks,
• lines for the production of medical masks BFE ≥ 95 and BFE ≥ 98,
• lines for the production of FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 protective half masks,
• lines for the production of non-medical masks with Covid approval issued by the Central Institute for Labor Protection - National Research Institute.

As a result, we started the production of protective half masks and medical masks, which allows us to meet the constantly growing market demand. Our masks are made entirely of Polish materials.

The use of the purest raw materials (PVC, PP) ensures that the products in our offer are safe for the health and life of their users. Together with them, you receive a guarantee of the highest domestic quality, confirmed by a number of certificates, quality certificates and declarations of conformity .
