ETSM Technical Services Ltd. is a privately owned, family run corporation located in the City of Guelph, Ontario, Canada. We employ 40+ people to provide a variety of technical and mechanical services, primarily to local and international industrial manufacturing companies. We also service customers in the sectors of construction and agriculture.

Since our inception in 1985 as Elora Technical Services Ltd. in the village of Elora, Ontario, we have steadily grown in facility size, employee number, and capacity. In 1985 our facility totaled 1,000 square feet, with only two full time employees. Our services began with machining and welding applications.

In 1991, we created Elora Technical Manufacturing, our sheet metal division, in Guelph, Ontario. Here, we service customers in the construction, commercial/retail, parking, transformer and agricultural industries as well as design and manufacture a wide range of custom engineered products.

In 1995, we moved to our second location, where we combined our two entities under one roof. With 12,000 square feet and 30 full-time staff Elora Technical Services and Elora Technical Manufacturing quickly became a recognized and trusted name. Our North American transformer industry client base saw us enter into the development and manufacture of coil winding equipment.

In 2002, we acquired Aegis Custom Powder Coaters, a Guelph, Ontario based facility specializing in material coating applications.

In 2005, we relocated to Guelph, Ontario to a 25,000 square foot facility to better equip ourselves with adequate room for manufacturing and storage. At this time we amalgamated our two companies and incorporated both into ETSM Technical Services Ltd.

In 2009, we relocated our powder coating facility to a 27,000 sf facility to accommodate our growing operation.

In 2010, ETSM celebrated 25 years in business.
