We are local. Office is located in Etowah off of old highway 64. If you have a problem we will take care of it. We use new equipment maintained every six weeks to ensure we have safe equipment to remove your rubbish. We have one dedicated recycling truck and is why we pick up every other week so we can service all our clients for their recycling needs. To find out what week you are please refer to your new client paperwork or simply call the office and ask. Find out if you are tan or purple then refer to the holiday/recycling calendar to find out what week your recycling is. We employ people living in the community and 95% of all of our funds stay in Henderson County, North Carolina. There are a few things we cannot purchase in Henderson county as far as our equipment is concerned.

Our services include weekly curbside trash pickup, every other week pickup of recycling, commercial dumpster service and special pickup. Fees for special pickup’s vary and the office will let you know how it will be quoted when you call in to make your request.

Recycling is every other week. At the time of sign up you will be sent a calendar and the policy which will indicate what color week you are for recycling. If you have forgotten that is fine, just call the office and we will be happy to get you back on track. We refer to your week in color, purple or tan. The holiday and recycle calendar is color coded. We cannot list each individual road for recycling.
