Ertona Textile Inc. was established in 2009 with the strong technical infrastructure for the production of regenerated polyester staple fiber (PSF), polyester filament yarn (POY) and polyester textured yarn (DTY), the ability to produce any color fiber desired in quality production processes, and the production flexibility of the recycling sector in Turkey. It was established by Atilla ILIMAN, a Chemical Engineer with more than 50 years of polyester experience as the leading company in Turkey.

Our basic principle is to produce the fastest and highest quality product in the field of regenerated polyester staple fiber and regenerated polyester yarn production, integrated with pet recycling activities, with an assurance and environmental management system.

Our company produces ecru, white and colored regenerated fibers in different thicknesses from 1.5 denier to 35 denier and in desired fiber lengths in line with the demands of our customers. In addition to our color and denier variety in our fiber production, there is a technological infrastructure that can produce fibers with different properties such as hollow conjugated silicon (HCS), flame retardant (FR) hydrophilic, hydrophobic. In addition to fiber production with a monthly capacity of 2000 tons, there is a yarn production facility with a monthly capacity of 1000 tons. Our company, which is the first in Turkey in the production of regenerated polyester yarn, can produce 150 denier, 300 denier and its multiples textured and center yarn (IMG).
