March 1967

Established as a scrap dealer by Ernst Donath and Dieter Falk

May 1973

Separation of Dieter Falk and Ernst Donath.

Ernst Donath remains the sole business owner.

January 1991

Ernst Donath sells the company to his employee Heider Unverhau

July 2006

After the tragic death of Heider Unverhau, Wolfgang Flehe buys the company .

January 2008

The company moves to its new location in Hildesheim / Himmelsthür and is certified as a waste management company.

July 2008

Another focus is added: the repair and testing of own and third-party containers in our own workshop.

August 2013

Permission to set up construction sites according to §45 of the StVo is issued by the city of Hildesheim.

August 2018

Expansion of the company's own vehicle fleet with a 3-axle skip loader.

October 2019

Purchase of a flatbed truck to improve construction site service.
