Following 7 years of service at Georgia EPD in the 1970s, John H. Evans founded EMS in 1979 as an answer to the call for qualified, experienced wastewater professionals in Georgia. Since that time, EMS has steadily grown to a base of over 100 wastewater and drinking water utilities, and continues to seek out and offer new and comprehensive services to our clients.
