Mission

Element supports RBA's mission of collaborating to improve working and environmental conditions and business performance through leading standards and practices. Element commits to progressively aligning its own operations with the provisions of the RBA Code of Conduct and supporting and encouraging its own first-tier suppliers to do the same. In addition, Element will seek to adopt and incorporate the RBA approach and tools into its own operations in the spirit of the coalition's goals.
