Frank and Patty have been making custom jewelry in Sugar Land for 30 years. Born in Victoria, Frank was a pipe fitter welder for 25 years before opening Elegant Jewelers and Patty worked as an Operations Manager for a trucking company. On the side, they designed custom jewelry and even repaired broken rings and watches out of their home. Then in 1981, their love for jewelry became a full time business and Elegant Jewelers opened the doors to their store on Highway 6, where they are still located today. “When you walk into Elegant Jewelers, it’s like you are walking into our home.” Patty says. “We have seen this city grow by leaps and bounds around us, but we will always keep the small town feel of our store.” That’s the main reason why Patty and Frank perform all of the jewelry and watch repair in house. “When you hire us to repair your jewelery, your valuables never leave our store.
