Electroplate-Rite Corporation (EPR) was started in 1966 by John W. Dickerson and his wife Louise V. Dickerson. What began as a true mom-and-pop company with just two employees has grown to sixty-five employees running three shifts per week. The founders are still a part of the business, but have relinquished most of the daily operations to their children.Keith Dickerson, the middle of three children, was instated as the president of the corporation in 1998. Keith started the move in the direction of ISO 9000, mainly to compete in the automotive market and to improve operations at EPR. EPR has nine plating lines to serve your needs. EPR is constantly changing with technology, making the necessary adjustments to help their customers in any way possible. EPR has been implementing barcoding and is continuing to utilize and improve upon this capability.
