Effegidi International works in the field of laminate films for cable shielding for over 40 years. We have also starting dealing with food and non-food packaging, wine and champagne capsules for several years.

Our machines steplessly handle operations for both laminate and single-layer films, both plastic and non-plastic ones. We manufacture high quality laminates and materials addressed to binding and isolation in cable maker companies.

We are expert in creating and manufacturing both plastic and non-ferrous laminates for cable shielding, food and wine packaging.

OUR HISTORY

Effegidi International was founded in 1973 from the expertise of technicians who found the lack of a flexible and dynamic structure on the converter market.

At the very beginning, our core business was the production of laminates for electric cable shielding, but during the years it evolved and has been split in our current 3 Business Units:

Food and non-food packaging, wine and champagne capsules

Raw material trading

To a depth knowledge of this sector and opportunities of certain materials, we have increasingly developed our R&D department to find new solutions, innovative plastic and metal films, more efficient adhesive technologies.

Our company structure changed at the top management level to address market’s new challenges, replying to our customers’ requests with technical skills.

Nowadays, Effegidi International is an acknowledged company at a global level and cooperates with all the most important cable producers.
