Edgecombe Recycling works with industrial accounts to identify and purchase recyclables in their waste streams.

Our origins are with baled corrugated and we have been selling baling equipment and purchasing baled corrugated since the mid 1970's.

Over the years we have developed partnerships with other recyclers to become proficient in handling all grades of plastics and metals.

We can now handle a great percentage of recyclables in our customer's waste stream. In most cases we can turn a cost of landfilling waste recyclables into a monetary return for them.

We are large enough to be able to reach good reliable markets for your recyclable goods, but small enough to give each customer, and each load personal attention.

Edgecombe Recycling started in business in 1969, serving industrial customers in Tarboro and Rocky Mount.

We began by picking up un-baled corrugated paper at local mills and bringing to our plant to process. Over the years, we found it to be better for both us and our customers to place balers in their plants and buy the baled corrugated paper. We have expanded into surrounding counties and southeast Virginia with our services.

We have expanded our services to include all grades of plastics and metals by partnering with other companies who are leaders in those commodities. We can now efficiently handle most of the common industrial recyclable waste.

Edgecombe Recycling also represents manufacturers of baling equipment, which we can sell and finance to our customers.

Most of our current customers are long term. We pride ourselves in quick, efficient pickups and payments. We will proudly give references upon request.
