EcoSeptix Alliance was formed in 2008 to provide operation, maintenance, and repair service for alternative and conventional septic systems. We also provide inspections of existing alternative systems for real estate transactions. From our office in Locust Grove, Virginia we serve residential and commercial customers in Caroline, Culpeper, King George, Louisa, Madison, Orange, Spotsylvania, and Stafford counties.

​Our services include annual, semi-annual, or more frequent inspections to ensure optimal system performance. Monitoring, maintenance, and reporting requirements are executed on behalf of the system owner. Maintenance is also performed to protect the integrity of any manufacturer warranty. Maintenance service includes minor component replacement or repairs, and necessary system adjustments.

For our customers with alternative septic systems, we utilize an online reporting system to upload inspection reports to the Virginia Department of Health. We also e-mail a copy of the report to the owner for the required system maintenance log. This web-based system provides consistency in reporting and a backup of records should future review be required.
