Ecoriciclo di Roncelli Costruzioni srl is an idea that became a reality in 2010 also to introduce the recovery, processing and production of MPS (inert recycled from waste) into the new site, which houses the plants .

Careful management of all phases of recovery and processing , in compliance with environmental legislation (Legislative Decree 5/2/97 No. 22, the so-called "Ronchi Decree"), including the placing on the market of the recovered product ( MPS Secondary Raw Material , inert recycled), allows us to better develop this interesting and new sector that involves important environmental aspects .

The newthe collection and recovery center has been completed and the waste treatment activity of various EWC codes has begun with the forecast of fair annual quantities of admissible waste. The new site is spread over an area of ​​approximately 33,000 square meters of which approximately 11,100 square meters are paved with 4,000 square meters covered . The refusal in reception is assessed on sight at the entrance to the site by specialized operators , and in case of acceptance of the material, weighed and delivered to the specific stands where, following a first sorting, which can also be done manually, the process is started of treatment and recovery of the various materials.

Ecoriciclo di Roncelli Costruzioni srl is in fact at the forefront of solving the problem of waste disposal by reducing the use of landfills, allowing waste to be recovered in materials suitable for reuse , for the formation of embankments and road foundations, filling of infrastructures network, substrates of large squares, works of defense by water, etc ..., avoiding the de facto urban decay, as well as the postponement, to the manufacturing industries, the recovered raw materials allowing them to give new life to iron, aluminum, glass, timber etc.

By introducing the plasterboard recovery activitywe work to enhance a precious material that is well suited for recycling. With the current authorizations it is expected to be able to store a large quantity of material and, thanks to the large covered and protected part of the site, to favor a rapid and natural drying of the product. Once the suitable humidity is reached, it will be possible to proceed with the processing and separation of the materials so that paper and plaster can be destined for industries for the creation of new finished products.

The material recovered from plasterboard will lend itself well to being:

Bergamo waste collectionreintroduced into the production cycle to create new plasterboard that will have the same characteristics of sheets produced with virgin raw material;

Used for the stabilization of road foundations and in the preparation of the pavements of squares and courtyards instead of lime;

Used in agricultural practices as a soil acidity improver.
