ECOLOGIC 3R is a national economic operator licensed with License no. 1 of 2006 and relicensed with License no. 3 of 27.09.2013 by the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change in view of taking over the obligations regarding the achievement of the annual objectives of valorization and recycling of packaging waste with the aim of organizing and financiating the management system of packaging and packaging waste, on behalf of the responsible economic operators , according to HG621/2005 with subsequent changes and additions.

ECOLOGIC 3R manages the following categories of packaging waste:

ECOLOGIC 3R concludes contracts for taking over the obligations regarding the achievement of the annual objectives of valorization and recycling of packaging waste with all responsible economic operators who introduce packaged products on the market, or, as the case may be, packaging, and who accept the contractual conditions, presented in the framework contract, such as and the level of applied tariffs.

Additionally, we issue the CERTIFICATE of attestation of the fulfillment of the obligations towards the Environmental Fund Administration regarding the generated packaging.
