• Identifying a convergence of the key elements of a wind farm: wind resource, land, transmission access, and construction suitability
• Assessing the site using our in-house analytical tool, EcoProspector
• Modeling and analyzng the wind energy production potential
• Creating a detailed project plan and budget
• Developing GIS mapping of the project area

Evaluating the Resource and Developing the Project

• Deploying and maintaining a meteorological tower
• Modeling a turbine array to optimize the net capacity factor
• Utilizing agreements for leases and easements that offer a high degree of protection for both the landowners and our development partners
