A LITTLE HISTORY...

Twenty years ago, illegal dumping still invaded our landscape.

As Valais is above all a tourist canton, urgent measures were needed to protect and enhance its natural heritage. Saving the environment thus had to go through a change in waste disposal habits. And the elimination of the numerous landfills, legal and illegal, was one of the conditions for success.

At that time, no approved landfill existed.

From 1988, burning waste in the open was banned in Valais. A way had to be found to eliminate these imposing quantities of green waste (branches, branches, etc.). In this environmental context, and with the support of the State of Valais, a handful of individuals have come together to develop an infrastructure to streamline waste management. It was then that EcoBois Recyclage SA was founded.

THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION!

Created in 2004, EcoBois Recyclage SA is active in the fields of recovery, recycling and processing of waste of all kinds. We are present in Vétroz, with our recycling site, and throughout the Valais region, with our members.

The support of the municipalities of Ardon, Conthey and Vétroz enabled the launch of our company. Since then, we have acquired customers from many other municipalities and companies.
