The Eco Sinergie “idea” was born in 2002, when it was formally established, and is part of the project from which Ambiente Servizi was born in the same period.
The intention was to create a reference "pole" for the municipal partners in waste management with the aim of achieving technical and plant "self-sufficiency" and obtaining, thanks to direct management of services, consequent environmental and economic benefits.
While the adventure of Ambiente Servizi (which formally took over the business branch of CISES, the Inter-municipal Consortium for Economic and Social Development) started "practically" at the end of 2002, that of Eco Sinergie experienced considerable difficulties both in the design process , and in the authorization and implementation one.
After unspeakable vicissitudes, mainly related to bureaucratic hitches, the plant was publicly inaugurated in February 2012.
The company mission is to manage the plant, in the interest and on behalf of the shareholders and with management economy criteria, for the selection and recovery of the dry fraction (multi-material or single-material) of urban waste, non-hazardous special waste or dangerous, special assimilated and similar to urban areas and to market the products resulting from the aforementioned selection and recovery activity.
The Organization has as a general priority objective that of carrying out its activities by causing the least impact to the environment in the context in which it operates, reconciling the economic interests of containing the costs of the waste cycle for citizens with the needs of protecting the territory. and occupational health and safety.
