The founders were in 1948, after the war, "Semeraro Giovanni" together with his wife "Lacaita Maria Teodora" who took care of collecting ferrous material, which at that time was very little, so they collected what the territory could offer: figs, almonds , bones…. For half a century the company has been involved and specialized in the recovery, collection, collection, disposal, purchase and trade of ferrous scrap (old iron), metals such as: brass, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, bronze, lead, etc.
