Eau Claire Energy Cooperative (ECEC) provides reliable and affordable electricity and related energy services to residential, business, and farm members in Eau Claire County. We also serve portions of Chippewa, Dunn, Pepin, Buffalo, Trempealeau and Jackson Counties.
