Eagle Performance Plastics, Inc. was founded in 1971, originally as Eagle Supply & Plastics, Inc. in Appleton, Wisconsin by David Bailin and Ivor Lewis. At its inception, Eagle was primarily a distributor of engineered plastic stock shapes such as sheet, rod, tube and film as well as other industrial supplies to local manufacturers.
In the 1980s, Eagle began providing customers with value added services such as cutting, drilling, gluing, and light machining. In 1988, we installed our first manual lathe and manual mill. Since then, our steady investment in technology, equipment and people has expanded our capabilities and proficiencies so that we can supply virtually any type of plastic part that can be designed.
In 2013, Eagle moved into a new, modern, 42,000 square foot, climate-controlled facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. The building was carefully designed and laid out according to lean principles for efficient operation.
Mission Statement :
Deliver value to our customers by advancing the use of performance plastic components through knowledge, communication, and continuous improvement, while providing a consistently responsive and reliable experience.
